Our Boomers & Beyond class is for men and women of all fitness levels who are 55+ years old. We want to show our B&B members that a decline in mobility and stamina is not an inevitable part of aging. This class utilizes CrossFit foundational movements to build strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and confidence, which in turn improves overall health, fitness, and quality of life. This is a place for older adults to feel welcome, build friendships, and enjoy the process of learning how to move effectively and efficiently inside the gym and also out in the real world.
