We are here to dispel the myth that CrossFit is "scary" and only for the super-fit or super-crazy people of the world. We want to show the world that CrossFit truly is for EVERYONE!
CrossFit is described as "constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity". We believe that the "high intensity" part is what makes people the most nervous to give CrossFit a try. It is our goal to help our members attain a level of intensity that is appropriate for their current fitness level, never pushing past the point where their body is ready to go.
We are all about responsible training, improving fitness, preventing injury, and giving our members an amazing workout that is scaled to their ability. We will build skills that will systematically progress over time, improving health, fitness, and quality of life. We offer safe, efficient, effective training in a fun environment within a community of members that offer both encouragement and support to one another.
