Foundations classes are required for new members who have no previous CrossFit experience. Learning the basic movements and terminology of CrossFit will help you establish a strong foundation to build upon when you begin taking regular classes.
There are 5 total sessions that need to be completed, all of which cover different movements and methodologies of CrossFit. These sessions will be done on a 1:1 basis with one of our coaches.
YOU WILL BE GOING OVER MOVEMENTS AND DOING A SHORT WORKOUT AT THE END OF EACH SESSION, SO BE SURE TO DRESS APPROPRIATELY!
