If you are an EXPERIENCED CrossFitter, please visit our PRICING page, select the membership option you would like, enroll as a member, and start coming to class. Simple!
If you are NEW to CrossFit, you will need to complete our FOUNDATIONS COURSE prior to attending regular classes. These 5 Foundations classes will introduce you to CrossFit and ensure you are confident in the basics so you can have the best and safest experience possible while training in our gym. Foundations are taught on a 1:1 basis or in a small group of no more than 3 people. This ensures that you receive a high level of individualized attention from your coach.
YOU CAN REGISTER FOR YOUR FOUNDATIONS CLASSES OR SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP BY CLICKING THE BUTTON BELOW.
PLEASE NOTE: IF OUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED FOUNDATIONS CLASSES DO NOT FIT YOUR SCHEDULE, SHOOT US AN EMAIL AND WE CAN SET YOU UP WITH A 1:1 SESSION WITH OUR FOUNDATIONS COACH.
