9:00-10:00 am - CrossFit (Daily)

7:30-8:30 am - Boomers & Beyond (Ages 55+)(Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

5:30-6:30 pm - CrossFit (Monday-Thursday), Push/Pull (Friday)

6:30-7:30 pm - Barbell Club (Wednesday), Yoga (Tuesday & Thursday)

 

SATURDAY

8:00-9:00 am - CrossFit

9:00-10:00 am - Open Gym

10:00 am - 11:00 am - Yoga

SUNDAY

CLOSED
